Experienced and Creative Flat Fee Landscape Designers
We specialize in helping clients increase the value and beauty of their homes by designing elegant outdoor living spaces. Design-A-Yard Landscape Designers are Flat Fee Designers with over 20 years of experience. We come with an architect and a designer to survey your property. We design your Master Plan including hardscapes, plantscapes, and a booklet with a list of contractors ready to help with as little or as much installation that you may choose, for one Flat Fee. We create beautiful landscapes by combining seasonal color, perennials, trees, shrubs, hardscaping, and low maintenance while also meeting any additional needs and challenges for the homeowner. We address all types of challenges you may be having on the property.
HOW IT ALL WORKS
Design Landscape Designers specialize in helping clients increase the value and beauty of their homes by designing elegant outdoor living spaces.
Design-A-Yard Landscape Designers work a little differently. We are Flat Fee, meaning we work on an area-to-be-designed basis. This means we can design any part or the full property as needed. We come out to survey the property and take all pictures and measurements. We walk the property with the client to discuss all areas and answer any questions you may have while on-site. We then gather any additional notes, preferences, or challenges to be addressed. We provide a full Master Plan, property tips, and a list of installers to implement anything you would like help with. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the end result of your project.

-We are currently running a Special of 399.00 for the first 1/4 acre.
-Regular fees are 499.00 per first 1/4 acre designed, and 100.00 per additional 1/4 acre designed.
